Coco

Coco (or chunk as we call her sometimes) came into my life three years ago today. Its amazing to think she has been with us three years already. This was the night I got her.

She is so much bigger now! I was flipping through her pictures from the month she came home and it amazes me how much bigger she is. This picture is how she sleeps to this day..she just takes up more room on my pillow.

She might not be the friendliest cat but she loves me! She tolerates Gauge and Cody :)

Grooming

I am going to be that annoying dog mom :) Gauge had his first grooming visit today. They told me when I made the appointment that it would only be a trim since it was his first visit and he had never been to the groomers before. I tried many different ways to talk her into it but she insisted they didn't. Well I went ahead and booked the appointment and Cody and I took him tonight. The lady working said she would consider it if he did okay but not to expect much because most puppies don't like it. She agreed Gauge needed a little more than a trim because those Boykin curls were going crazy.

When we got there to pick him up, they had shaved him! They said he was excellent :) I attached a before and after picture.

Clemsonx2

A friend of mine couldn't make the game this weekend but has season tickets. She sold us her tickets for a great price but we had 4 tickets. So two of Cody's friends from work joined us at the game. As we headed out of town yesterday morning at 6am (my 2nd weekend in a row heading to Clemson at 6am), we stopped to get Leo and then Kevin. Last weekend the game was at noon but this weekend (thank goodness!) it was at 3. We drove over from MB and had fun driving around and then tailgated a little while before the game. I went to take a picture of the three boys in Camden when we stopped at the rest area and a lady said let me get all four of you so we ended up with this picture.

We got home about 1am this morning. So exciting to have two college football games in back to back weekends and even better the tigers WON both of them! I have learned the cheer now (C-L-E-M-S-O-N and I am prepared for my next game!). The game was so much fun but I can promise you next Saturday at 6am, I will be dead asleep to the world and will enjoy sleeping in and not traveling that much in a day haha :)

Furman's band ROCKED!

Clemson

Cody and I drove to Clemson over the weekend to enjoy our first college football game. I attended almost every home game during my college years at Coastal Carolina but according to most of our friends, thats not a true college football game. Well I enjoyed every CCU college game but I must admit it was very different from the Clemson game (and it made me value my small school hometown college choice much more haha). We had a BLAST in Clemson! It is such a cool town and we got the royal treatment at the game. A friend of ours invited us to join them in their box. It was a great experience for our first game. Here are some pictures :)
