iPhone purge

I have got a few pictures of Coco and Gauge that I thought I would share. I text them to Cody while he is at work or to my Mom. I know its cheesy but they are cute in my eyes :)

Below is my favorite: Last Friday, Coco was on my shoulder and Gauge was curled up around my feet. This is the closest they have gotten to each other. Guess we are making progress!

Classroom

I got to go work in my classroom for a little while today. My goal was to get the furniture moved into position. I succeeded! I am sure I will change something though :) here is the beginning and the picture when I left.

lyrics

I saw this idea on pinterest and fell in love with it. So last night I decided to try it. I don't know if it is 100% what I love but I do love it :) This is the first part and chorus of our song. After this part of the lyrics, our dance was interrupted by the DJ for us to dance to "The Wobble"

If anyone has suggestions on how to make this better, let me know :)

Gauge (again)

Our little puppy is getting big! For some strange reason he acts like a cat and plays with a lot of Coco's toys even though he has plenty! This sock monkey is one of coco's favorites. My mom gave it to me for Christmas to use in my classroom and I never was able to because Coco fell in love with it. Now Gauge likes it too!

I found him curled up on my blanket the other night and loved this picture!
Enough of my puppy :)

Friday

I like Friday. Who doesn't like Friday?! My point to talking about Friday on a Monday is that I want to tell you about last Friday. Cody only works until 11:30 on Friday. My goal this summer was no matter what to keep Friday free to spend with him. We don't like going out on dates on Friday night or Saturday night because everywhere is just so busy. On Friday, Cody got off work and ran to the DMV to finally change his mailing address to our house. Oh wait-we have lived here for almost 5 months. Yep thats my hubby :)

Anyways, after he got home and changed, we ran to fill out a tax paper on our house then went to the movies. We saw the new Spiderman movie. It was really good! I was completely lost at the beginning. I knew that new people were in the movie but I didn't realize that Peter Parker had a new girlfriend that wasn't MJ. I really liked Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield in the new roles once I finally understood it was about spiderman but in a different version. We both really liked it!

Before we left the house, we snapped a picture. I was dressed before Cody was dressed. Notice the matching yellow. He forgot I had it on but I am wearing a yellow dress- HELLO! Haha :)

4th of July '12

This was my first one as a married woman and boy did we start off easy going :) Cody was off work so we caught up on some DVR then went to meet some friends at the beach. It was a perfect beach day since the weather was not too hot and a good amount of wind. We were having a few friends over for dinner but expanded it to a few more friends about 4:30. It was our first house holiday party with friends! We had fun! Here are a few pictures. Notice I took pictures and somehow got out of cooking :)
Happy 4th from our family of 4!

My camera was kidnapped :)

Gauge fell asleep in my lap right around the time I was leaving to go watch fireworks. I am babysitting this summer 1-2 days a week for a family that I worked with at the CDC. They mentioned earlier this week that it is perfect to look from the back of their neighborhood to the fireworks. I thought no traffic and good view of fireworks. I am game! We loaded up in the car and got their just as they were starting. We had a great view and not so much of the noise. There were a lot of people there but it wasn't too crowded!

Hope you all enjoyed your holiday with your families!
