Super BUSY Saturday

This morning I stopped by the auction at NMBM and got some great deals!! Cody and I will be going to dinner at Outback, getting some cupcakes from Cakes by the Sea and purchasing my mom's mothers day gift all thanks to the auction :)

I had a thirty-one deliver at Cody's parents. I sat my laptop bag that I ordered on the table and Cody said "Look Amanda thirty-one is even comfortable! Add that to your sales pitch." So of course-had to get pictures of Coco!

 Also today I helped Mandy (Cody's mom) move stuff from their old condo to the house until the new condo is ready. This is the view from the old condo. Isn't it amazing?

Almost done with school...

Fun Friday

Today was an awesome day with tons of great parts and tons of pictures to share.

It started off with celebrating the royal wedding at school. My Guest name was Lady Margie Coleman of Arabella Way. Figure out your name with this equation:


What is your Royal Wedding guest name? 1 - Start with either Lord or Lady 2 - Your first name is one of your grandparents' names. 3 - Your surname is the name of your first pet 4 - Summed up with "of" plus the name of the street you grew up on.

Then I broke the news to all my BURST students that they "graduated" from working with me since they were such great students and had shown so many advances the past 2 months*almost 3 months. I am getting a whole new group of kids on Monday. The following are two notes I got from my students :)

It says: You are the best teacher in the Eath (earth).

It says: I love you Ms. Findlay so much!

Then I enjoyed lunch with one of my previous BURST students. She got lunch with a friend from her R card and picked me :)  All of my students got bouquets of Dum Dums as the last bit of candy from me.

After NMBP and working at the CDC, Cody and I went to watch Charlton's baseball game. Cody told Charlton on Sunday that he would come to his game tonight. He is a great 1st baseman!

I'm loving my fiance :) He took such great care of me yesterday when I was sick.

I'm loving that I got to see all my NMBP kids today for the first time in 11 days (since I left early yesterday). It was so good to hear about their Spring Break.

I'm loving that I now have 10 followers..YAY!!! I am enjoying finding new "friends" on here as well as getting to know my friends better through their blogs.

I'm loving that I am feeling better :) Not at 100% yet and still feel BLAH but its better than yesterday.

I'm loving that when Cody met me when I got home from grad school (we got out early-yay!), he realized I had switched my purse. He said, "Its sad I realize that but I guess thats what I get for marrying a purse fanatic." HAHA

I'm loving that I just ate grilled chicken from Zaxbys (its the first thing in 2 days I have ate besides toast). It was amazing! Please god stay in my stomach :)

I'm loving that Coco's new morning routine is to jump in my lap and stretch across me while blocking my make-up bag. She cracks me up!

I'm loving that my friend Amy wrote on the following on our end of course review for class tonight:

I'm loving that I am booking our photo booth for the wedding tomorrow! The guy is sending the contract tonight. We are so excited!

I'm loving a lot today but as I saw on facebook today from a friend of mine:

 So blessed, so why stress 

 so I decided to love everything I am loving :)

Bugs are no fun!

After feeling "off" all day yesterday, I figured out the problem this morning. I have the stomach bug. I tried going into work this morning and barely made it through an hour. So I came back home and have been in a ball on the couch all day.

Coco was happy I was back home..she couldn't figure out why though..

My amazing friend Anissa went to Kroger and brought me a get well package. Thanks Anissa!

Moe Monday

Tonight after class, a few of the girls went to dinner. The end of the semester is coming near and with all the papers, projects and reviews coming to an end we needed a night of laughs and boy did Amy fulfill those needs :)

Today is the last day of Spring Break for Horry County Schools. Can't wait to see my NMBP kids in the  morning :)
